1. What StoneMap provides

StoneMap operates this website and the services described in these terms.

StoneMap helps people discover surface materials and the suppliers that list them. You can browse materials, save items, search by image and contact suppliers. Supplier accounts can manage business profiles and listings after approval.

StoneMap is a discovery and inquiry platform. Purchases, prices, payment, delivery, installation, returns and warranties are arranged directly with the supplier. Confirm these details with the supplier before making a purchase.

2. Your account

Provide accurate account information and use an email address or phone number that you control. Keep your password and verification codes private. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

If you act for a business, you must have permission to represent it. An account created using an email address can keep using email login after a phone number is linked to the same account.

3. Supplier profiles and listings

Supplier applications are reviewed before a profile is approved for publication. Approval permits participation on StoneMap; it is not a guarantee of a supplier's products or services.

Suppliers are responsible for accurate business contact details, product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and stock information. Keep listings current and publish only information and images you are authorized to use. Business contact details you provide for a supplier profile may be displayed publicly.

StoneMap administrators may create or manage supplier profiles and listings. An administrator-created profile is not a personal login account. Contact us to correct information or discuss access to a business profile.

4. Content you provide

You retain your rights in content you provide. By submitting profile information, listings or images, you authorize StoneMap to store, process and display them as needed to provide the relevant features. Visual search images are processed to find material matches, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights, misrepresents a business or product, or contains personal information you are not authorized to share.

5. Using StoneMap responsibly

Use StoneMap lawfully and respect other users and suppliers. Do not impersonate others, send abusive or fraudulent inquiries, bypass access controls or search limits, or disrupt the service. We may restrict accounts or hide content to address misuse, inaccurate listings or security concerns.

6. Material matches and availability

Photographs, screen colours and visual search results are guides to discovery. They do not establish an exact material match, specification, quality or suitability for a project. Natural stone can vary from one slab or batch to another. Inspect samples and confirm dimensions, finish and availability directly with the supplier.

StoneMap features and listings may change or become temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Inquiries and external services

Submitting an inquiry records the selected material, requested quantity and any note you provide. Opening WhatsApp prepares a message for the supplier; it does not place an order or guarantee that a message has been sent or received.

WhatsApp, map links and other external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Messages you send to a supplier outside StoneMap are handled by that supplier and the relevant service.

8. Changes, questions and account requests

Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date. Review the terms when using new or changed features. Contact the StoneMap team with questions about these terms, disputed listings, account access or requests to close an account.
